I have placed an order which the product had become unavailable, I was not informed of this initially until one week afterwards. However, upon my request for a change and my request for the product to be delivered on an urgent basis (as it was a gift to someone), the team from Gundam.my immediately understood my situation and within two days I have received my new order!!!
