BB217 RX-178 Gundam Mk II Titans Plastic Model Kit. Stories: Developed by new faction, TITANS, which is an elite soldiers group formed by Earth Federation and Zeon remnants, there are three MS that operated. It has new technology called Moveable Frame, so it can move even without its outer armor attached. Weapons included: Beam Rifle, Hyper Bazooka, Beam Saber 2X, Shield, Energy Pack 2X, and a Bazooka Cartridge. Two suits were successfully stolen by Camille, Quattro, and his subordinates during Quattro’s mission to spying this Gundam at Green Noah colony. Camille hatred towards TITANS made him crazy enough to hijack one of the Gundam. Seeing it as a great opportunity, Quattro and his mates help Camille escape the Colony along with the Gundams, unit 3 piloted by Camille while the other (unit 1) is taken by force. After safely arrived at A.E.U.G. battle ship, Argama, they had the Gundam re-colored to A.E.U.G. white and blue scheme. It was piloted by Camille until half of the story before he changed to Zeta Gundam. The pilot then changed to Emma Sheen, a former TITANS soldier who has changed side to A.E.U.G. because she hated the way TITANS works. It can be combined with G-Defenser for more mobility and fire power in space. The Movable Frame concept actually taken by Camille for Zeta Gundam because of some problems that Zeta has before applying the concept. Near the end of series, Gundam Mk-II was destroyed along with Emma’s tragic death. Story Source: http://eyeshield30.wordpress.com Weight: 130g LIMITED STOCK AVAILABLE NOW!
Gundam MKII model unit. Coupled with parts for the G-Defender which lets you create an MG Super Gundam. Standing height almost 30cm! Almost all of the fins and hatches on the G-Defender move to allow various configurations, reveal missile bays, etc. Technical and historical notes Early during the Gryps Conflict, the Anti-Earth Union Group's newly-captured RX-178 Gundam Mark II mobile suit was soon outclassed by new variable-form mobile suits/mobile armor being developed by their Titans enemies. Although fairly impressive for its innovative new "movable frame" construction, the Gundam Mark II soon found itself left behind in terms of mobility, armor and firepower. To compensate for these shortcomings, the Anaheim Electronics Company developed a new weapon to enhance the Mark II's performance. Called the FXA-05D G-Defenser, this new space fighter-like unit was capable of docking with the Gundam Mark II. During cruise/flight mode, this form was called the G-Flyer. However, the Mark II could assume full control of the G-Defenser's weapons as a mobile suit, becoming what was commonly called the RX-178+FXA-05D Super Gundam. The Super Gundam sported an approximately 20% increase in speed/acceleration over the stand-alone Mark II, as well as provided the benefit of additional (and more effective) gundarium armor and the powerful long rifle and missile pods. These improvements allowed the Super Gundam to operate on a more equal footing with the high-performance variable mobile suits being fielded by the Titans at the time. Z Gundam's wiki The MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam, designed by Kazumi Fujita, is a fictional weapon of the anime Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam from the Universal Century timeline of the Gundam metaseries. Its popularity has led to many variations, upgrades, redesigns and influenced later design works such as the Zeta Plus[2] and the Wing Gundam. It is also the only mobile suit having a real, pilotable, down-scaled, 7-metre-tall, hydraulically controlled model built. The name "Zeta Gundam" is the eponymous Gundam in which the suit appears, Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, which is the sequel of Mobile Suit Gundam. The suit however is first deployed mid-series as a reinforcement suit. It was piloted by the series' main character Kamille Bidan until the end of the series. The Zeta Gundam also became the starting mobile suit of the main character Judau Ashta of the sequel Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ before he switched to the more powerful MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam. The Zeta Gundam eventually sustained heavy damage and was abandoned at the conclusion of the first Neo Zeon movement. The unit has also appeared in most of the Super Robot Wars game series, which is famous for featuring different mecha of many anime franchise together in one mixed story. Inside the Gundam franchise, it has been featured in the PlayStation game Gundam Battle Assault (Gundam: The Battle Master 2 in Japan), the PS2 game Mobile Suit Z Gundam: AEUG vs. Titans and PSP's Gundam Battle series. It is also one of the featured units in the March 2007 release of the PS3 and Xbox 360 game Dynasty Warriors: Gundam, a spin-off series of the Koei game Dynasty Warriors. Three variant units are also featured in Episode 9 of Gundam Evolve.[10] In the SD Gundam manga Double Zeta Kun kokoniari(ダブルゼï¼ã‚¿ãã‚“ã“ã“ã«ã‚リ, Little Double Zeta is here), Zeta Chan is the main female character, a girl version of Zeta with only the V antenna and the name recognizable. wikipedia: A reconnaissance variant of the RMS-106 Hi-Zack used during the Gryps Conflict, the Earth Federation Forces' RMS-119 EWAC Zack could also be considered a distant relative of the old Principality of Zeon's MS-06E Zaku Reconnaissance Type. The most visible physical difference between the Hi-Zack and the "Eye-Zack" (as it was sometimes called) was the large radome mounted on its head. This radome was equipped with a passive radar system, allowing the EWAC Zack to monitor enemy forces without giving itself away with active radar signals. The EWAC Zack was also equipped with various additional infra-red, communications, and visual sensors, allowing it to monitor the enemy in a variety of methods. The radome also featured a second mono-eye that ran on a track along the perimeter of its lower side, allowing the pilot to keep a lookout on the ground while flying or jumping overhead. Although the use of radar- and radio-jamming Minovsky particles in battle situations renders such electronic forms of detection useless, the EWAC Zack was often used for pre- and post-combat actions, tasked with acquiring enemy strength, location, and disposition data. Thus, the EWAC Zack was also equipped with four data pods in its backpack, each of which carried recordings of the mobile suit's intelligence data and could be either jettisoned or launched back towards friendly forces. In the case of capture by the enemy, the data in the pods was also encrypted, thus assuring that valuable intelligence would not fall into the wrong hands. The EWAC Zack was also designed for long-range use, equipped with a pair of external fuel tanks for extended flight times. Although typically unarmed, the EWAC Zack could also be equipped with the weapons normally carried by a Hi-Zack, if necessary. The EWAC Zack was originally built and operated by the Earth Federation Forces, but the invasion of Earth by Neo Zeon during the First Neo Zeon War resulted in several of these units being captured by the enemy. At least one unit was also captured by the African Liberation Front rebel group, operated as part of their "Blue Team" and painted in their distinctive light blue-on-blue colors. Along with the Hyaku-Shiki (Type 100), the Rick Dias is one of the most popular mecha from Zeta Gundam as it was designed by Mamoru Nagano of L-Gaim and Five Star Stories fame. This new kit does it justice, featuring overall slimmer, sharper proportions than the chunky High Complete Model or 1/100 kit of many years ago. As usual for kits in the High Grade series, it's molded in color, features snap assembly, and has poly-caps for all the moving joints.Reviews by Gundam.tk: Personal review: Limited mobility on the feet as the armor pieces on the leg constrained the movement of the lower body part, you have a clearly loose part on the head of the rick Dias (once is completed), and you got to be careful on 'some' of the part.
The best thing about this disturbingly orange and green mecha is the fact that when it"e;s completed, it can transform from Mobile Suit mode to Mobile Armour mode. A custom display stand for showing it off is included as well. All parts snap together and are molded in colour; polycaps ensure smooth-moving joints. Foil stickers for details are included.
A great kit of this rather busy-looking variation on the Zaku. Includes beam rifle, beam cannon, heel claws, backpack and shoulder armor. Snap assembly. Molded in final colors. Very reasonable price considering the number of parts.
