I am really satisfied with the Gunpla\'s I\'ve purchased. But the courier service is really slow. ( ABX ) Overall got it in perfect condition and i will purchase some more Gunpla\'s from you guys in the future and also by using a different courier service :)

As usual, awesome and never disappointing with the services and communications. Good response towards any questions or queries needed. But, I hope you guys next time keep stressed parcel delivery service provider especially ABX Express to send them right on time as they somehow repeating the same mistake as they delayed due to unfamiliar address or scanning route regarding my address I given. It\'s a bit disappointment as delayed in 3 days from the day you guys given the tracking number but happy that the parcel are safely handed to me on 31 December 2015. Before that, I actually made remarks on payment update form which I want to used Poslaju instead ABX but stuck with ABX Express in the end. I hope you guys have read the remarks I made it. If not, I apologize if I forgot to write on remarks or not inform to you guys earlier. Thank you.

Gundam.my is the best sites for me to order my gunpla kit online. I never dissapointed about the service and the product. It is fast and easy to communicate. But I feel a bit dissapointed when the payment for this item is verified late. Maybe there is a problem in their biling department. the thing I like the most when shopping at this website or at their store in Lelong is that they will keep you updated with the latest progress of the order. They even text you! But, the packaging is not that good when it comes to SD and HG gundam kits. I know it\'s not that expensive, but at least please protect the box more properly. I want to keep those boxes you know :\'(
