I\'d say that the service was great because gundam.my always send email regarding the shipping procedure etc. Packaging is appropriate but it could improve with bubble wrapping. The postage fees is affordable and much cheaper than other websites. Would definitely purchase more products from them.

Sorry for the dented box (if it was).
Sometimes overlook the packaging details, u may advise further by specifying the request in the order remark - "please bubble wrap" then we will do it for u properly.

Response and delivery was really quick. Received the package in less than two days. However the only problem was the packing method needs a lot more improvement. Can\'t understand why there was no bubble/foam wrap and why 2 heavy bottles was packed together inside the model kit box...when I opened the box some of the parts were bent....very noticeable for long pieces like the sword ~15 cm....which was bent way out of shape... Other comments: shopping choices seem really good, except I wish you also had Gunze Sangyo\'s Mr Color lacquer paints instead of just Tamiya paints in your line-up. I\'ve been using those for years and had no choice but to look elsewhere....

Very sorry about the inconveniences caused boss in this matter, we will try to improve the packaging further from here.
FYI, we not come in the mr.Hobby paint yet, but do stay tuned, my boss always looking positive on expansion of the type of paint brands, especially MR. COLOR's.

Just want to remind that the package is not wrap in good condition where my mg ksatriya and sd ksatriya have been dented badly and some of the part for sd ksatriya have been run off from the runner. So please next time put some bubble wrap or plastic to protect it because there will weight apply on the box. Please take note and improve more on your packing service. Other than that, I\'m satisfied with your service. Thank you.

Very sorry about the box dented case.  Just at the same time our bubble sheet runs out already so we are forced to packed n send in time to customer too. 

I had feedback this to boss and he apologize to you on this matter too as whole team is rushing to clear the buffer of the order pending delivery too.
Once again, we sincerely apologize on the quality of the packaging again and hope boss forgive us.

HI, I know it\'s out of your control, But ABX is doing a really bad job at delivery. I hope I am not the only one that complaints. But if it\'s possible, my next purchase i would like to use PosLaju instead. They are more \"professional\" compare to ABX. Thanks

Dear Joshua Phan,

First of all very sorry Mr. Joshua on the late delivery.

Recently have a few case too, this is due to some of the delivery person health condition is not that well in bulan puasa, and forced to take sick leave and causing the issue to occur too.
We have feedback this to the courier company and hopefully this could be improved in the future.
