The delivering is amazingly fast, I\'m very appreciate but there still have some problems First, i found that my order has some missing part which is MG 00QAN(T) 1)I cannot found the (I2),and (LED) pieces inside the box. the pieces are missing. Hopefully you guys can deliver it as fast as possible. there is my opinion for you guys, better check every parts of the model is not missing and seal it before delivering. lastly, i very appreciate to your service and foresee another order to you guys.

We just done the investigation and the LED light is not included in the box; as explained in the manual keyword: 別売り.

For the missing parts, we area very sorry for the inconveniences caused, and boss agree to resend u the whole part without any costs.

Very sorry for the inconveniences caused on our end.

Just replying as usual. Sengoku gundam HG 1/144 has been restock, we have asked for reverse pickup from TA-Q-BIN for the wrong item delivery.

We will send u the correct item once we got the wrong item back FYI boss thanks.

Very sorry on the inconveniences caused. We had emailed the customer support of the respective courier company and request them to fastern up the delivery services to your location.

This problem sometimes occur that if they can't contact your handphone / due to some other technical issue that causes them unable to update the tracking code further.
Don't worry about this, we will keep on investigate the tracking progress until we're able to find you a more satisfied answer then only we come to you.
