Placed my order on Sunday. Dispatched on Monday. Until now Wednesday 3.24pm still haven\'t receive my item yet. For your information, I\'m staying at Selangor - West Peninsular Malaysia. Email-ed your customer support and no reply at all. I saw one customer review saying that he received his item the next day he made his order and he is staying at Sabah. Real disappointment. Don\'t hide my testimonial ! Let other customer know about this too !

We are so sorry as we didn't reply your email as per your expected time frame. It's our fault.
We have called to the courier service and seem they are having problem to deliver your parcel on time. 
We have requested them and ensure that the parcel will deliver to you by tomorrow, if this is not happen, we will ask Tq-Q-Bin to return your parcel and re-send it to you using Poslaju.  Btw, we just to double confirm if your address below is correct.<ADDRESS AND CONTACTS HIDDEN>

You guys really did trick me here... I thought that you guys forgot to include the 1/144 action stand that I order but you had it inside the HG wing zero box. As usual, incredibly fast delivery (order was placed Tuesday night, shipment arrived Thursday afternoon). Packaging is great too, as you won\'t have damaged goods except for slightly dented boxes. Great service as always!

Honestly I have never encountered such a good and responsible service whereby I was informed on the status of my order very promptly.
